The Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP) is a commonwealth grant program administered by the Office of the Budget for the acquisition and construction of regional economic, cultural, civic, recreational, and historical improvement projects.

The Office of the Budget will accept comments via letter or email ONLY during the open comment period, which starts today and ends on March 19, 2014.  Please

February 10, 2014...Business Plan submission window is now closed
The Office of the Budget is no longer accepting Business Plans as part of the 2014 Round 1 submission window. Please click here for a list of Business Plans received for 2014 Round 1.

December 23, 2013…Corbett Administration Announces RACP Awards
Governor Tom Corbett announced the awarding of 58 RACP projects totaling over $133 million. These projects are expected to create or sustain nearly 45,000 Jobs in 24 counties across the commonwealth.  Please

Be advised that projects that have previously received award letters dated prior to June 1, 2012, are NOT subject to new redesign procedures involving the selection criteria, submission of a Business Plan, or use of the revised June 2012 Application Handbook. All projects with a Grant Agreement in place or in receipt of an award letter prior to June 1, 2012, will continue to proceed through the RACP process as before.
